To edit the BOO of a part, start by navigating to the part's detail page. In the tabbed section of the detail page, find and click on the BOO tab. Within the BOO tab page you can find information about the part's bill of operations, and above that information is a button labelled "edit boo". Click on this button to go to the part's BOO formset page.

Re-Ordering BOO Operations
The BOO formset is special, in that the forms within the set can be re-ordered. To change the order of BOO operations, click on the black arrow button on the left-hand side of an operation form, and while holding down the mouse button you can drag the cursor up or down. As you drag, you will see a yellow placeholder form, showing the potential new location for the operation. When you release the mouse button, the form will appear where the yellow placeholder was. Operations should be ordered with the first at the top and the last at the bottom. You will need to save the formset for your re-ordering to be applied.
Purchasing and Machining Outputs
The purchase and machine operations can be used to produce a different part. For instance, we might purchase a part from a vendor and have it become a standard ISS part with a different part number. When either purchase or machine is chosen as the operation, you can select an output part in the Output field that appears. So, on the BOO for the vendor part, the purchase operation form would have the ISS standard part as the Output.
